For the past 60 years, First Baptist Church of Tahoe City has been sharing the love of God with those who live, work, and play in the resort communities of north Tahoe. One of our biggest ministries is our A+ children’s program. We have a year-round preschool as well as an after-school program and summer camp for older school-age children. As a college student or recent college grad, you have the opportunity to serve with our ministry team in Tahoe. Most of our preschool program missionaries are early childhood education, child life, human growth and family development, or elementary education majors. For our school age program, most other majors apply. The hours are long and the work is hard, but for over 40 years college students have had life changing experiences here in Tahoe. While here, you will also have the opportunity to assist with ministry at special events, ministry to J1 international students, youth ministry, and worship team.
