
A+ Summer Camp
































A+ Summer Camp is a fun-filled...compassion-centered... all-around awesome time for children in TK through 6th grade. Your child will be able to experience the best of Tahoe summer! Our staff has decades of experience in helping children understand their self-worth and creativity. Each day includes songs, games, team-building activities, recreational sports, arts & crafts, Bible stories, and field trips!
We operate 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday! Weekly sessions cost $200 per camper. Scholarships are available! Each week requires a $50 non-refundable deposit (taken from the weekly cost) which will be credited to your account on your monthly billing. Our summer program is closed from August 1st–5th. We will be re-introducing drop-ins for the 2022 summer. Daily drop-ins are $50 and availability will be subjected to daily attendance! Must call before dropping in!!
We are fully licensed by the State of California (license #313607930) following all state standards for safety, teacher qualifications, and child/teacher ratios.

Week 1: Star Voyager
Dates: June 27th - July 1st
Calling all space invaders! Come spend the week exploring the planets beyond! Make edible moon rocks, pull alien goo from mars to make galaxy slime, navigate through space away from erupting black holes and end the week saving planet Earth in an epic Alien vs. Astronaut scavenger hunt! The fun is going to be out of this world!

Week 2: Mission: Deep Sea
Dates: July 5th - July 8th
Become a crew of deep-sea explorers from the S.E.A (Sea Exploration Agency) who are on a mission to explore the deepest depths of the ocean. Create your own deep-sea creatures, collect jellyfish in bottles, and end the week with an awesome Friday Water day!!

Week 3: On The Case
Dates: July 11th-15th
Get ready to solve a mystery of a lifetime! Learn how to collect fingerprints, unlock secret codes to crack the case, and help your campmates solve the Big A camp mystery. End the week with your final answers to defeat the culprit! Pack your detective gear because the evidence of this week is gonna be grand!!

Week 4: Kid's Choice
Dates: July 18th - July 22nd
A week where Kids get to choose? I think YES! The choices are in your hands!! Want to make your counselors wear their clothes backward? How about the Jr. Counselors wear 2 different shoes? Ice Cream for lunch or Nachos for a snack? The choices are endless and they are all up to you! We'll end the week with a campers vs. counselors relay race!!

Week 5: Color Wars!
Dates: July 25th - July 29th
Color wars! is back and better than ever! Compete with fellow campers and help your pod win the week with team spirit, friendly competition, and super fun challenges! End the week with color wars messy games! So bring your game faces and let the fun begin!

Week 6: Ohana

Come hula the week away as we cook, adventure, and create during this beach theme week! Oh! Did someone mention a camper planned Luau for Friday Funday?? We can't wait to see you!

Week 7: LOL (Live Out Loud)
Dates: August 15th - August 19th
Never be afraid to be uniquely YOU! Spend this week tapping into what you love! Whether that be creating, exploring, dancing, singing, designing, and so much others! This week is for you! Want to show off those incredible skills? Gear up for a Friday Funday Talent show!! Can't wait to take on the week together!!

Week 8: Wonder Why
Dates: August 22nd - August 26th
Campers will become scientists as they experiment their way through camp! We will strap on our lab coats to make our own ice cream, explode watermelons, create our own bouncy balls, and so much more! We provide the materials; you provide the fun!!

End of Summer Bash
Date: August 29th
The last day of camp is always the best day of camp and we want to make sure of that!! Come spend the final day of summer laughing, playing and enjoying the day with all your friends! There will be bounce houses, face painting, prizes and so much more! Let’s end the summer with even more memories to share!

Jr. Counselors
Dates: June 27th - August 29th
The Jr. Counselor program is for campers ready for leadership and responsibility at camp. Training in problem solving skills, conflict resolution, activity planning and group management methods will help them to be the best Jr. Counselor they can be! Once they’ve completed the training week, campers may choose 2 to 3 weeks (or longer) to be a Camp Apprentice. Campers must successfully complete all requirements of Jr. Counselor training and paperwork before attending their Camp Apprentice weeks, and apprentices require camp director approval. Please register for the Jr. Counselor training and Camp Apprentice weeks separately.
Pre-Requisite: Paperwork completed and Filled out before starting camp apprentice week. Must be going into the 7th grade to quality.
Grade Level: 7th through 12th grade
