Heather is from Lebanon, Tennessee. She attended Austin Peay State University and graduated, December 2017 with a degree in General Studies with a focus in Education. Heather came to Tahoe City in January 2018 right after Graduation to serve as a missionary at First Baptist Church Tahoe City and continued her journey here for a year.  In 2019, Heather started serving as the A+ School Age Director.  She also serves at Youth Minister for First Baptist leading the Refuge youth group each Thursday night.

Heather enjoys singing, reading, painting, and the occasional TV binge-watching! Heather has spent most of her life serving through Girl Scouts, Church camps, and youth and has found that every chance she can spend having fun with kids is what truly makes her happy.
